Penn-York Abstract Corporation is a Pennsylvania Corporation qualified to do business in New York State, with its office located at 210 North Barry Street, Olean, New York. Penn-York was founded for the purpose of providing title services to oil and gas exploration companies operating in New York and Pennsylvania.

As one of the region’s largest full service abstract companies focused exclusively on the oil and gas business, Penn-York has developed a diversified base of industry clients, including many of the region's leading operation and production companies.

Penn-York currently has a staff of 22 abstractors whose primary focus is the compilation of title documents utilized in connection with drilling title opinions, lease acquisitions, and right of way projects.
