Richard S. Lindhome
Rick is President of Natural Resources Land Services Corp. and associated businesses, Penn-York Abstract Corporation and Natural Resources Management Corporation. He has been active in the oil and gas business since 1978. Lindhome holds a B. A. Degree in Pre-Law from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law (now of Penn-State University). He is licensed to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania and Colorado. His law practice focuses on the oil and gas industry and includes but is not limited to:
- Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions
- Oil and Gas Title Litigation
- Real Estate
- Acquisitions
Rick began his career as public defender and was thereafter a prosecutor and partner in the firm of Young, Mackin, and Lindhome. He served as general counsel to Capital Resources, Inc. and as such, worked extensively in the Williston and Powder River Basins in North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. Subsequently, he formed an energy company based in Denver, Colorado where as a licensed Colorado attorney, he both provided legal services to many oil and gas companies operating in the Denver-Julesburg Basin and directed crews of landmen working in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming.
Rick returned to the Pennsylvania/New York border area where he has represented many of the regions leading oil and gas producers in oil and gas title related matters for the past nineteen years.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar association, the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Northern Appalachian Landman Association (NALA), Energy and Mineral Law Foundation, New York Oil Producers Association, and Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Association (POGAM).

Christine A. Dickinson, RPL
Christine is a Senior Title Analyst for Penn-York Abstract Corporation. Chris has been active in the oil and gas business for over 20 years. She began her career in the Cameron County Register and Recorder's Office. Thereafter, she was a legal assistant for 7 years for the firm of Malizia & Malizia, P.C., where her duties included real estate title searches and preparation of closing documents. Chris has worked for Penn-York Abstract Corporation and predecessor firms as a title abstractor, supervisor and title analyst. She also handled estates, residential, and oil and gas transactions, along with quiet title actions for the predecessor firm of Lindhome & Songster, P.C. Chris has worked extensively on Pennsylvania and New York real estate titles, and has been involved in many major due diligence acquisition projects. She has managed and supervised various lease plays, related title curative and is also a project manager/supervisor for various title projects. Chris is a member of AAPL, MLBC, IOGA of NY, and NALA. She was also NALA Secretary for the 2007 through 2009 term, and NALA Vice-President for the 2009/2011 term. Chris is currently the NALA President for the 2011/2013 term.

Michael T. Kimball
Michael attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where he earned a BA in Communications in 1999. He joined Penn-York Abstract Corporation in 2000, when he began his career in the oil and gas business as a title abstractor. Since then, he has developed a broad knowledge of oil and gas title in Pennsylvania and New York and has trained many of the company’s abstractors. In addition to oil and gas title work, he has developed an expertise in title curative and acquisition due diligence. In 2006, he began serving as a project manager and in-house title analyst. Before becoming a full-time project manager and in-house title analyst, he was widely considered one of the best field abstractors in the region. Michael recently managed a multi-billion dollar acquisition due diligence and curative project, the largest in which Penn-York Abstract Corporation has ever participated. He is currently overseeing various title projects for multiple clients in Pennsylvania, primarily in the Marcellus and Utica Shale regions. In addition to his current position as a senior title analyst and project manager, Michael became an equity owner and Vice President of Penn-York Abstract Corporation in 2010 and has since taken on various business management responsibilities.

Mark G. Wendaur, III
Mark earned his Bachelor's Degree from Allegheny College, Meadville Pennsylvania, in 1977. He began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1979, as a contract land agent, performing take-off work, leasing and rights of way for Cabot Oil and Gas in Pennsylvania. Mark advanced his career in 1982, moving to New York and managing the land department of an independent exploration company with operations in New York, Texas, Louisiana, Michigan, Gulf of Mexico and Canada. In 2000, Mark began working as a consultant throughout Pennsylvania and New York. He has been a Project Manager on numerous lease, right of way, title and due diligence projects. He has experience in permitting, planning and development and has worked directly with many state and federal regulatory agencies. Mark has a broad based knowledge of the oil and gas industry and in depth knowledge of title and all phases of land work. He is currently a Senior Title Analyst. He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landman, Northern Appalachian Landman's Association and the Independent Oil & Gas Association of New York.

Timothy S. Lindhome
Tim Lindhome attended St. Bonaventure University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. His career at Penn-York began in 2001. He spent several years in the courthouse as an oil and gas title abstractor. Thereafter, his focus was on negotiating leases and rights of way. He has run some of the most successful lease plays in the company’s history. Tim also played a pivotal role in orchestrating major timber and fee oil and gas acquisitions. In 2010, Tim became an equity owner and Vice President of Penn-York Abstract Corporation. He now focuses on analyzing titles in the office and managing abstracting projects in the Pennsylvania Marcellus Region.

Cheryl Lindhome
Cheryl holds a BS from Penn State University and an MS from Colorado State University in Computer Information Systems. Cheryl started her technical career teaching Computer Science first at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and then moving on to North Carolina State University, Jamestown Community College and St. Bonaventure University. She left teaching to become a Network Administrator at St. Bonaventure. She then became Web Development Director and one of three Directors of Technology at CUTCO Corporation. Cheryl manages our website, our computer billing services and our general technical needs.

Kristie Lindhome
Kristie graduated cum laude from Allegany College with both a BS and a BA and magna cum laude from St. Bonaventure University with an MBA. Kristie's career began as a Financial Planner for American Express Financial Advisors where she developed her own marketing plan, conducted financial education seminars and focused on efficient business practices. Kristie is an in-house title analyst and our office manager.
