Richard S. Lindhome

Rick is President of Natural Resources Land Services Corp. and associated businesses, Penn-York Abstract Corporation and Natural Resources Management Corporation. He has been active in the oil and gas business since 1978. Lindhome holds a B. A. Degree in Pre-Law from Penn State University and a Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law (now of Penn-State University). He is licensed to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania and Colorado. His law practice focuses on the oil and gas industry and includes but is not limited to:

  • Oil and Gas Title Litigation
  • Real Estate
  • Acquisitions

Rick began his career as public defender and was thereafter a prosecutor and partner in the firm of Young, Mackin, and Lindhome. He served as general counsel to Capital Resources, Inc. and as such, worked extensively in the Williston and Powder River Basins in North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. Subsequently, he formed an energy company based in Denver, Colorado where as a licensed Colorado attorney, he both provided legal services to many oil and gas companies operating in the Denver-Julesburg Basin and directed crews of landmen working in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming.

Rick returned to the Pennsylvania/New York border area where he has represented many of the regions leading oil and gas producers in oil and gas title related matters for the past nineteen years.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar association, the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Northern Appalachian Landman's Association (NALA), Energy and Mineral Law Foundation, New York Oil Producers Association, and Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Association (POGAM).

Christine A. Dickinson

Christine is the Senior Landman for Penn-York Abstract Corporation and Land Manager for Natural Resources Management Corporation. Chris has been active in the oil and gas business for seventeen years. She began her career in the Cameron County Recorder of Deeds’ office. Thereafter, she was a legal assistant for seven years for the firm of Malizia & Malizia, P.C., where her duties included real estate title searches and preparation of closing documents. Chris has worked for Penn-York and predecessor firms since 1990 as a title abstractor, supervisor, and title analyst. Chris has an extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania real estate titles and has been involved in many major due diligence acquisition projects. She has managed and supervised various lease plays and related title curative. Chris is a member of AAPL, IOGANY, MLBC and NALA. She is on the Planning Committe for NALA and also Secretary of NALA for the 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 terms.

David J. Reed

David is the Senior Landman for Natural Resources Land Services Corporation. Dave has been active in the oil and gas industry since 1980. He worked with Petroleum Information Corporation from 1980 to 1985 as a staff cartographer building ownership and leasehold maps of the Appalachian overthrust area. He is the founder and former President of Pennsylvania Title Abstract Corporation of Emporium, Pennsylvania. Dave comes to NRLS after serving in a supervisory capacity as Seneca Resources Corporation’s Senior Landman. Dave has extensive oil and gas title, leasing and right of way experience. He assisted Seneca in well, road and pipeline layout and in permitting of hundreds of oil and gas wells throughout Pennsylvania and New York. Prior to his employment with Seneca, Dave was elected for five consecutive terms as Prothonotary, Clerk of Courts, Register of Wills and Recorder of Deeds for Cameron County, Pennsylvania. He is active in his community, church and professional organizations.

James H. Lindhome

James obtained his BA in Geography with emphasis in Land Use Planning in 1977 from Mansfield University. He started his oil and gas career in 1979 buying, selling and leasing oil and gas properties in the Northeast, Denver-Julesburg Basin, Arkansas, Michigan and Ohio. After seven years, Jim took his business development skills to a startup company that later became known as Sprint. Responsibilities included being part of a team to acquire 23,000 miles of ROW (private, BLM, National Forest, Tribal and municipal) throughout the country. In 2000, Jim was named the Vice President of International Carriers Sales for a Fortune 1000 company, Primus. In 2005, Jim returned to the oil industry and has been a project manager for multiple clients whose needs are lease acquisitions and title analysis. Jim is a member of AAPL.

Michael T. Kimball

Michael is a supervising abstractor and title analyst and has been in the oil and gas title business since 2000. He has served as project manager for numerous title projects and has trained many of the company’s abstractors. Mike has a broad knowledge of oil and gas titles in Pennsylvania and New York and is widely considered one of the best field abstractors in the region. In addition to oil and gas title work, he has developed an expertise in title curative and acquisition due diligence. Mike recently managed the largest acquisition due diligence project in which Penn-York Abstract Corporation has participated in over 10 years. He is currently overseeing various title projects for many clients in northern Pennsylvania. Mike received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1999.

Stephen R. Fishwick

Stephen is a petroleum landman with thirty years experience in oil and gas exploration and development in western and central New York, western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. His duties include supervising and coordinating land acquisition teams on right of way projects and oil and gas leasing prospects, collaborating with engineers and management on layout, surveying and budgeting of natural gas pipeline projects and negotiating oil and gas leases, rights of way and easements. Steve has extensive experience preparing detailed title searches utilized in connection with oil and gas drilling programs, drilling title opinions, and due diligence for the sale of producing/non-producing oil and gas properties. Steve also has experience drafting and preparing curative documents, closing papers and related documents for the sale of producing/non-producing properties and pipelines. Steve is a member of American Association of Petroleum Landmen, Northern Appalachian Landman's Association, American Right of Way Association, Michael Late Benedum Chapter, Lake Country Association of Petroleum Landmen and Fraternal Order of Police Associates of Ohio, Inc.

Mark G. Wendaur, III

Mark earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Allegheny College, Meadville Pennsylvania, in 1977. Mark has been continuously employed in the oil and gas industry since 1979. He began his career as a contract land agent, conducting take-off work, leasing and rights of way for Cabot Oil and Gas in northwestern Pennsylvania. Mark advanced his career in 1982, moving to western New York and managing the land department for an independent exploration company with operations in New York, Texas, Louisiana, Gulf of Mexico and Canada. He has extensive experience in lease and right of way acquisitions, title work, due diligence, permitting, planning and development. He has worked directly with many state and federal regulatory agencies. Mark has a broad based knowledge of the oil and gas industry and in depth knowledge of land and title work. Since 2000, Mark has been working on a consulting basis throughout northwestern Pennsylvania and western New York.

Timothy S. Lindhome

Timothy obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business as a finance major from St. Bonaventure University. He began his career in the timber business where his primary duties included generation of timber prospects. Tim has been in the oil and gas business since 2001 and has worked primarily as an oil and gas title abstractor. Tim has also acted as a lease agent on internal corporate projects and negotiated the largest timber transaction in which Natural Resources Management Corporation has participated. Tim is a member of NALA. Tim’s duties include project management of sizeable lease acquisition projects including supervision of all title and lease agents.
